All tag orders must be submitted by the designated deadline. Payment must received to complete this order.

  • 4-H Club / FFA Chapter Information

  • Please use the complete name of organization:
    For 4-H Clubs, use the complete name (Millenial 4-H Club).
    For FFA Chapters, include the campus name or school district name (Ex. Premium FFA, Premium ISD)

    Fees include tags, supplies, and other fees incurred to provide for the local validation process.

    All tags must be purchased in advance.

    Major livestock shows include: Austin, Fort Worth, Houston, San Angelo, San Antonio, and State Fair of Texas.

    This includes spring AND fall shows.
